ok, it's finally here. My crazy face tutorial...It's made for PaintShopPro but I think most of it is transferable to Photoshop.
another chance for me to confuse you all. Sorry, this one was kind of rushed, but (as you'll know if you've been reading my journal) my life is currently extremely fucked up.
these are just sort of some effects I've worked out over time. I haven't used a lot of them in a while, but they're very useful sometimes.
please tell me anything I didn't explain properly so I can fix it up
