Oh yus!! It's Fluttershy!
Okay, first of all, I didn't do the original drawing. I took a screenshot and made it into a vector. Nonetheless, this was a lot of work! Phew! 
I thought a pony would be the perfect choice for a first vector!
I don't think it turned out too bad, considering I've never done one before and I kind of had to figure it out for myself.

Thanks! I used the path tool in GIMP... What makes a vector a vector? It might not look like one because I'm new at this. I know the outline is a little uneven in places.

I think a TRUE vector, is something made in a vector based program. It doesn't pixelize, like when you use photoshop (and I'm guessing gimp is the same way). Something like this is more of a photoshop vector. (I don't remeber what it's really called
Adobe Flash, is a vector based program, as is Adobe Illustrator.
But I might not be right

Thanks for the tips!^^ I'd be using Photoshop myself, but Photoshop Elements doesn't have the pen tool, so... Yeah. I use GIMP instead.

To be honest, I'm not perfectly good at making vectors... but to make it look smoother, shift click the points in your path so the entry direction becomes opposite (180 deg) to the exit direction... it makes everything look a little smoother.
