Description
Ironically, I haven't seen the entire movie (I want to though), but I had the urge to think of this.
Alan Parrish - Naruto Uzumaki
Sarah Whittle - Sakura Haruno
Judy Shepherd - May
Peter Shepherd - Max
Aunt Nora - Vivi Alabasta
Sam Parrish - Minato
Carol Parrish - Kushina
Carl Bentley - B
Van Pelt - Percival C. McLeach
And I'm actually not much of a "One Piece" fan, so I'm not all that familiar with Vivi, though I hope she makes a fitting Aunt Nora.
The characters of "Jumanji" belong to TriStar Pictures and Chris Van Allsburg.
Naruto, Sakura, Minato, and Kushina from "Naruto" belong to Masashi Kishimoto.
May and Max from "Pokémon" belong to Satoshi Tajiri and
Vivi from "One Piece" belongs to Eiichiro Oda.
B from the "Total Drama" series belongs to Tom McGillis and Jennifer Pertsch.
McLeach from "The Rescuers Down Under" belongs to

So you don't like One Piece? It's fine if you don't, but for some reason I find that surprising. BTW, her name is Nefeltari Vivi (surnames come first in that show, don't ask me why I don't know) not Vivi Alabasta. As far as her being Aunt Nora I guess it could work, never pegged her as motherly (auntly... whatever LOL).

I don’t dislike it, I think it’s alright but haven’t had much time to watch and catch up with it.
I do feel very embarrassed that my first introduction to it was through 4Kids.

You have nothing to be ashamed of, most of us have had that. Hell I actually STUCK with the 4kids dub back in the day (don't ask why, I don't know). But when FUNimation came along I ended up rewatching it all and everything they've done after. It's easily become one of my favorites.
I don't blame you for struggling to catch up (it has numerous episodes and it does tend to slow in places). Hell it'd take the average person 2 sleepless weeks with no bathroom breaks to catch up to it if they were THAT devoted. I mean it took me almost 2 years to catch up to the dub (which I'm caught up to now, even though I kind of wish I wasn't cause now I have to wait for more episodes to be released). Hell, I've not devoted the time to catch up to Naruto because I stopped watching around the Five Kage Summit arc just because I lost interest, though I've been attempting (and kind of failing) to get back into it. I only know of the ending because I've heard about it too many times.
I will say One Piece is one of three shows with a fanbase that doesn't completely make me cringe (the others being South Park and Avatar). The only real problem with it is that like the aforementioned two they tend to get WAY too emotional and let it ruin the show for them.

At the very least, One Piece's first dub was so bad it was funny, though I'm glad to see FUNimation stepped in to give One Piece the appropriate treatment it actually needed.
That's just the thing with most long-running shows, even moreso when there's a definite end goal. I've admittedly been rather cautious when it comes to getting into new stuff (I like to stick with what I know and enjoy), particularly anime due to the echo chamber the fanbases typically have. One little criticism or differing opinion can get you with a verbal beatdown. Yes, nearly every fanbase has this problem to an extent but it's rampant on the anime side it seems. However I am interested to try out certain ones like Neon Genesis Evangelion and My Hero Academia.

I personally will try anything once, but I'll only stick with the ones I truly enjoy (and mind you I sat through ALL of King Star King... and I regret it LOL).
Yeah, that's why One Piece's fan base is one of the few that doesn't make me vomit. They may get emotional, but I'm less likely to receive fan backlash if I disagree with something. The only arc I've truly disliked so far is Long Ring Long Land (though it's usually the one that gets beaten down the most). I think the worst fan bases I've ever been to are Rick and Morty and The Loud House. I enjoy those two shows just fine, but the fans just never shut up about how one episode sucks because Rick didn't say his catchphrase or Lincoln had one little argument with his sisters and that automatically makes the episode bad. Total Drama's is pretty bad too, I disagree with All-Stars being bad because I kind of enjoyed parts of it (though I am in NO WAY defending episodes like "Sundae, Muddy Sundae") and I payed the price. Not that I care, I've been on the receiving end of the fandom's wrath (that particular one most of all) so much I don't even really care anymore. I know not many people can shrug it off, but I definitely don't blame them. Those fan bases are TOXIC.
Trust me though, One Piece's fan base isn't nearly as bad as it's made out to be. Yes they get overly emotional, but at least they usually have legit reasons to back up their rants instead of "this sucked because one thing didn't happen that I wanted to happen." Also you're less likely to get barraged by hate for having a different opinion (or at least it's that way from my experience).
On a side note, I never saw Neon Genesis Evangelion, but I've tried My Hero Academia. I thought it was kind of boring in the beginning, but it's starting to pick up from where I'm at (here's hoping it can continue that momentum).

I could imagine, I've seen the annoying sides of those fandoms, particularly The Loud House. I think it's a cute show, but a lot of the fans are so fanatical and get so up-in-arms about everything. It's like they hate any sort of conflict or something, even if I can understand certain episodes not being enjoyable to watch. Also something I hate is the excessive Loudcest and the spamming of screenshots in the dA groups...have they not heard of Photobucket or Sta.sh?
Oh yeah, I've been through the TD fandom. For the most part, I didn't enjoy All-Stars at the end because I felt like all the hype I had was gradually falling apart as the season continued (I think halfway through after episode 6 was when it started to lose me), Sundae Muddy Sundae did shatter my enjoyment and put me into a brief depression (I say brief because it lasted a couple days, and it was more disappointment than outright depression). I don't how I managed to watch the last two episodes even though I felt nothing. Plus it ruined a few characters for me like Zoey and Mike, they got so much spotlight and bias that it was annoying despite making very dumb choices that could've been easily solved.
Keep in mind this was partially what got me to come back to the fandom after about three years and I waited for months to watch the season when it was announced, the fandom was already very split when World Tour was around.

No kidding, you should've seen when Rick and Morty fans literally sent death threats to McDonalds for not having the Szechuan Sauce from Mulan (if you watched the Season 3 opener you'd know why). It was pretty bad.
As for Loud House things when from bad to worse when Savino was part of the Weinstein effect (I should probably stop there).
I wouldn't say All-Stars was good by any stretch, but some moments entertained me greatly. Like Gwen and Courtney's relationship (well, until the episode that must not be named fucked it up). If you ask me, if there's one character that got out unscathed from All-Stars' disaster it was definitely Gwen. In fact she went from bitter goth stereotype to one of the most honest noble characters and quite frankly I liked that change in her .
I honestly thought Pahkitew Island was worse (one word: Sugar). I heard Ridonculous Race is better, but whether or not I like it remains to be seen. And then there's the new Daycare season coming up (I don't know where that came from, but if it's good it's good).

Oh yes, the whole schezuan sauce thing.
Even with the shock of Daycare dying down, I'm still very skeptical about how that will turn out. If it is good, color me surprised if it does, it would be great to be wrong about my worries for it.

Yeah, at least Dan Harmon called the rabid ones out.
I'd say Daycare has a 50/50 chance, odd how Jude from 6teen is in it.

Huh? It's just a parody of Jumanji with different characters playing the roles...

Since I never really watched Jumanaji, I can't really decide if the characters fit.

Oh...well, there's also a funny review for the movie you could watch (but I'll warn you, it has spoilers): www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6d99F…
I think it sometimes airs on the Hub though...
