Because I like seeing my favorite characters interacting, even from completely different franchises. Ludwig and Courtney kinda act similar in some ways in my opinion, and they both seem to be interested in music (Ludwig likes to compose, Courtney's played a few instruments and playing the violin is one of her talents). So I thought, what if they did a symphony together?

Granted, if Courtney met Ludwig, she'd be all freaked out since that wouldn't be normal for her, and Ludwig's kind of a snob too, them genuinely being friends would probably take a while.
