Oh..my...gosh! I just looked Wendy O Koopa up on the Nintendo wiki, and who does her voice in the cartoon is none other than Tabitha St Germain!

Yup, I was so surprised. But at times, I actually do sort of hear Rarity in her voice. Same with the cartoon versions of Lemmy and Iggy (named Hip and Hop in cartoons) both being voiced by Tara Strong.
