I'm updating this meme because I felt like it since my opinions have changed a teeny bit since then.

Favorite Character: I honestly cannot get myself to hate Courtney even though I feel her character hasn't been done justice since TDI, I blame that moreso on bad writing. Plus, I tend to like highstrung characters, they often tend to be the most entertaining characters for me. Especially given how they can be hilarious in certain situations and often go through the most emotions. I'm very emotional myself, constantly worrying and always been rather sensitive, so I know the feeling. And yeah, another reason I seem to like her so is because she reminds me of other characters I also like here:

Despised Character: I originally had Lightning here, but over time I kinda don't really have much of a vendetta towards him anymore since TDRotI feels like a long time ago, and I thought his screentime he had in TDAS actually did kind of make him enjoyable since they got rid of him at the perfect time. I doubt I'll ever really like him, but let's move on to the new character here, Chris. Oohhhh Chris, why? You were fine in the first couple of seasons, you used to still be kind of a jerk but you still had humanity and charisma to keep you entertaining, now you have no humanity or charisma. And we have to watch every single episode with him, he isn't like how certain contestants often get a break from screentime. In the later seasons, he tends to tarnish the watching with his unfair and needlessly cruel ways, ESPECALLY in TDPI which had irked me. He also constantly seems to bend the rules for the heck of it, and I just feel like he's out to kill the contestants, or at least remain uncaring about their well-being. Why is that other antagonistic characters get flak frequently for being 'meanies' but Chris, who would make them all look like saints by comparison, hardly gets any acknowledgement for what he does?

Favorite Season: Total Drama Island. Everyone will usually say the original's best, and in this case, it's true. TDI started it all, and is the best season. The characters were more likeable (except for Heather maybe), it makes me laugh the most, had the best development, and I have the least problems with it. Plus, TDI has some of the most memorable scenes in the entire series. Remember when Lindsay told off Heather? That was so great!

Despised Season: Total Drama All-Stars. I'm honestly kinda surprised that I'm ranking this season lower than TDA. Okay, I was really excited for TDAS before it came out and trying to be as positive as I could. And while during pre-merge, I kept sugarcoating the season thinking it'll improve in quality as time went on. ...But, it honestly went downhill for me post merge. It was rushed (though it was 13 episodes which was likely why), had way too many OOC or flanderized moments, a lot of the eliminations I didn't care for or disliked, and a lot of things weren't handled very well. I do believe the fact that TDAS was only 13 episodes is the reason it didn't do well since the writers had to cram in a lot of things in the story. There were a few decent episodes and I liked the idea of the old and new cast interacting (it did also make me fond of a few pairings), but it really needed to be handled better.

Most Overrated Character: I'll admit, Duncan used to be one of my least favorite characters in TD, though to be honest he's more in my 'eh' rankings now. There were times when Duncan made me laugh (but it's mainly when he's scared or hurt). However, due to how needlessly cruel he was in TDWT for being an unsympathetic cheater, he was very low on my TD character rankings. He also frequently bullies people for no reason or often for kicks, and never seems to show remorse for his actions. I was pretty mad at him when he kept being mean to Harold, AND got Geoff and DJ to join in on the bullying in TDI. Though in TDAS, he wasn't that bad. After being switched to the Heroes team he goes through this sort of identity crisis where he keeps being viewed as a sweetheart and it frustrates him beyond belief since he wants to keep his bad boy image. The real problem with that is that they were trying to make him seem so frustrated about it, when I feel that in TDI he would've acted oblivious and not quite as hung up about it.

Most Underrated Character: Originally, I had Eva here, but to be honest, I've noticed a bit of love for her lately and she tends to make it on the Underrated Character part a lot actually, so I chose B instead. Now, I think B gets a lot less attention than Eva since he never talks and was sadly eliminated early in TDRotI. He doesn't get much love and art in the fandom compared to a lot of other characters and I think he'd have great potential if he went farther. Maybe we could get a big dramatic scene of him where he actually talks. That'd be cool.

Favorite Couple(s): I couldn't leave either of these couples out. and TxG was very genuine and cute to watch. Their relationship was one of the best things about TDI. I like how happy they were around each other, their small talk, and their devotion to one another. And mostly, I felt this helped give Gwen great character development in TDI. I felt rather upset when they broke up. Why couldn't they just try to go through helping each other with the nine obsession!? And while I have an iffy opinion on most love-hate couples, I love DxC~ (it's kinda ironic as I'm not a fan of Duncan...) This relationship was very amusing, and seemed beneficial to their different personalities. But their relationship sadly seemed to only go downhill in being genuine due to bad writing. Seriously, I don't even know if DxC will ever be likely again after what's happened between Duncan and Courtney now. But either way, DxC is along the lines of guilty pleasure for me.

Despised Couple(s): It's a four-way tie, between , , , and Dave Sky (don't know if they have any plz accounts of them yet). Honestly, I'm not gonna say much about DxG this time as I ranted about it in another meme, but considering that this couple messed up a lot of the contestants as a result, I have to admit it pretty much ruined TDWT for me. Plus, I feel it goes against the development of Gwen's character and is just boring. I honestly prefer them as friends more, I liked them having a relationship that didn't need to be something more. The episodes involving DxG felt so mean-spirited and hard to watch.
SxD is pretty much DxC without the charm, and someone as nice as Dawn doesn't deserve to put up with Scott. I mean, they could likely get over what happened between them and be acquaintances, but I don't really see it happen. Another problem is I've had issues with a Dott fan a few times who would constantly go through hoops to prove that Dott was canon despite showing me fanart which is fake.
MxZ is a bit of a different story however, I used to sort of like it when I got back into the TD fandom over a year ago. Then ever since TDAS ended, my fondness for the pairing gradually died...I couldn't stand how oh so perfect they were, and I also was sick of how much their characters revolved around each other.
DxS is sort of like MxZ in some ways, but the characters had a little more personality to them and they didn't actually get together at the end. But beforehand their sexual tension got incredibly irritating, and they also revolved too much on the other in their screentime which I felt dragged them down as characters.

Favorite Song: Come Fly With Us has also been dethroned, though I'll count it as my second favorite. But something about Ella's song she sang when she was eliminated in TDPI I enjoy. Despite Ella being unfairly eliminated, she's accepting and not bearing a grudge towards anyone. She also realizes that she can now sing as much as she wants with no one to stop her from doing so. So beautiful...we all wish we could be like you, Ella...

Despised Song: A Chinese Lesson. While I don't really hate this song (mostly because of the contestants' reactions throughout amuse me for some reason), it doesn't feel much like a song, nor is it that catchy.

Favorite Episode: Dodgebrawl. I was torn between this and a lot of other episodes in the first season. But I love the idea of the challenge being as simple as dodgeball, it's very amusing. And the things that happened as a result were so funny. Though considering how I'm a big fan of Noah, I also found this episode to be along the lines of bittersweet.

Despised Episode: Sundae Muddy Sundae. Well, Picnic at Hanging Dork, you've been dethroned here. To a lot of people, this episode feels like a big slap in the face. It caused a major uproar in the fanbase a couple weeks ago mainly because of how Courtney's character was handled (even a lot of people who admitted to hating her knew this was bad), even by watching the previews we knew her elimination was gonna happen unless maybe some surprise twist occurred later. Apparently they decided that they should just get rid of Courtney by making her bad traits magnified for no particular reason so we wouldn't miss her. I mean, this episode is so against Courtney that it actually hurts to watch. If you were going to eliminate her, fine, but can she leave the show while happy for once and not destroy her friendship with Gwen and relationship with Scott!? Seriously, her rekindling her friendship with Gwen was a complete waste then if you were just going to end it like that. WHY!? Most of the fanbase have waited THREE YEARS for them to become friends again, and then you just throw that out the window! That's just pure garbage writing, and with all the plotholes littered throughout, Sundae Muddy Sundae now takes the despised episode spot. I don't think I've ever felt so upset about any other episode I've seen on a show before.
