I did not draw this! But it makes me giggle with that face of his. I just colored it in and fixed a few errors because I wanted too. I found it somewhere along with a page two and censored one bit. I had to figure out the kid over there was Mathew P. Manthers III.Surely you agree this is much better in color. Like chocolate m&m's.
Once again I did not draw this! Someone else did.

"Make him funny."
"Make him funny." The ones who drew the original memo were never told that even the funniest cartoon there ever was didn't need every single character to be "funny." Just as tragic plays, movies, and novels need some comic relief, every comedy or cartoon needs a straight man to emphasize just HOW funny the other characters are.
By now we all know what those pin-headed, knuckle-dragging neanderthals who ran n!ck thought the word "funny" meant, especially when it came to Dib.
They say a comedian doesn't walk through a funny door, but walks through a door funny. Take a look sometime: The best-known cartoon characters do not, in and of themselves, LOOK funny.

*huggles Dib* yeah, I was reading the ending of the series, it angered me like pickle juice in the eye. I really don't know who I wanted to win... maybe, uh, A giant bee, yeah, that's who will win!

I've seen the origenal before. It says "I "heart" NY but Dib's a bitch". I was mad at that, I love Dib and I always have. You can kinda tell he's Jhonen's favorite too. I've never read JTHM but I hear he was alot like Dib as a kid, as was Jhonen himself. Plus if the series had continued Zim was going to be doomed and then Dib would destroy the Irken empire and become the hero. As much as I love him I think that wouldn't be the best ending because the main character is supposed to be Zim, not Dib, they can't just switch who the main character is like that.

The original said that? Wow I never knew. Yeah I know about that series continuation thing and I totally agree with you. Not the ending I would have wanted even if Dib is my favorite. The show is even called Invader Zim and it ends by having him lose? There would of been alot of angry fans. Zim is such an interesting character, he's not accepted in the Irken Empire, he's a defective, and he's totally unaware of it all. And just having him not feel some sense of victory in the end would really tick me off.
Cause he would be like an unimportant character and just an obstacle villian thing.

Dib is Jhonen's favourite character? I did not know this. He's my favourite character as well, (I can relate to him on just about every level.) I LURVE YOU DIB, REMEMBER THAT YOU'RE BRILLIANT TO ME!
