Very smooth! Love the colors and line art! the loop where the legs revert back to the first frame is a bit sudden and referencing the original frame when drawing the last few should help with the loop

I feel like the animation that goes side to side / getting small or bigger looks a bit unnatural. i would suggest using a tweened sloppily animated figure/skeleton/puppet so it stays consistent. i also suggest looking at dog/cat trots for reference. otherwise, wonderful and smooth animation!

One thing i noticed was the front of the head and the hair on the head changing sizes.(or did u do that one purpose?X3)
But other than that this is a very smooth and nicely done trot cycle.^^
