It would have been creepier if the room was darker and the low light from the tobacco gave him a more monstrous appearance. Or at least have his teeth litterally look like a bunch of cigars.

I like how the huge and evil dude has a rediculous ammount of cigars, and ciggarettes in his mouth. (Chain smoker much?) Great job making him look very imposing, and a bit comical to.
