He has a shonen appearance because it makes him look older especially in shojo comics. Shonen means boy in Japanese and Shojo (also spelled Shoujo) means girl in Japanese.

As a lot of people said, this reminds me of a younger Sleet. Kind of looks like he's thinking. "What am I to do?"
He reminds me of my own version of the character in "A Wolf's Tale", which is of Sleet's life.
I also like the lighter tone he has of his fur/hair. Very cool.
Sorry for very late commenting. It's just that cool! I wish there was more Sleet and Dingo art here on D.A.

Yeah, good point. In my fics, (mainly the remake of the SU series I'm doing) Sleet is about five to seven years older than Nack. Anyway, this style of Sleet is very good. Nice.

This is a great pic, but I do agree, it does look like a slightly younger Sleet. Late teens-early twenties, maybe? Since he's supposedly in his thirties in the show. =/

I know, so did I! But he's somewhere in his thirties, supposedly. Weird. When I write him in fanfics, though, I usually say he's about 25, just because it suits him better.
