Be great if someone wrote about it, wouldn't it? I've seen Hook-rescues-Wendy-from-sea scenes in fanfic, but not ones where he was so royally pissed with himself for doing it.Β Β 

The picture I used is a scene from Poldark, I think the character is Demelza. She's quite a good Wendy stand-in, isn't she? Kate Winslet my favourite, though.Β

Lol that's a great point. Maybe she insulted him before falling overboard, haha. So he saves her cause he needs her for something, but as soon as they get to shore he dumps her in the sand and sulks off. I can see him shouting, "Do me a favor and stay alive for the next 24 hours. After that you can die on your own time, but stop wasting mine!"

Or something like that
