So this was my first official tutorial Ive made, and I'm actually surprised by how much it's helped some of you xD But that makes me glad c: I just want you to know that this is(was since I do my eyes slightly different now~) MY way of doing eyes. Its not the "right" way, or the "best" way, so I hope you dont think that xD I'm sure there's tons of other eye tutorials out there far better than mine. But either way, I hope it helps/helped~!
(this is for SAI, but the same rules apply to Photoshop too; and probably other programs used for coloring x3.)

which paint tools did you use to make it so clear, and i mean the lineart and the coloring, did you use marker?

Ummmm for the lineart I either used the pen tool or brush tool, and for the coloring I used to the pen tool

What is your settings for your blur tool? It doesn't seem to be working very well for me.

Density(I actually change it a lot): 80
Blending: 100
Dillution: 100
Persistence: 80
