EDIT: Hey guys! So this was my first official tutorial Ive made, and I'm actually surprised by how much it's helped some of you xD But that makes me glad c: I just want you to know that this is(was since I do my eyes slightly different now~) MY way of doing eyes. Its not the "right" way, or the "best" way, so I hope you dont think that xD I'm sure there's tons of other eye tutorials out there far better than mine. But either way, I hope it helps/helped~!

(this is for SAI, but the same rules apply to Photoshop too; and probably other programs used for coloring x3.)
