Time and again I hit that wall.The one that blocks my grand schemes of novels and dreams from coming into being.
My imagination becomes elusive,
leaving me feeling broken and empty.
I don't know how to break free but I can't stop trying.
There is only so much I can take before I fall into a kaleidoscope of intense actions and emotions.
It really is too bad that my Dissociative Amnesia blocks so many of my memories and emotions.
I don't really care at this point about learning from my past experiences.
I mostly wish I could harvest the stories and emotions I've lost,
and blend them into a beautiful tapestry of creativity.
Still,
I can't give up,
scraping all the dredges into meager offerings to my muse.
One thing I have become convinced of is that no matter what happens,
I can't give up on the things important to me.
If I did I'd have nothing.
BE nothing in my own mind.
Someday is such a far off dream.
I can't count on Someday.
I just need to work on getting through each Today,
until it becomes shrouded in the foggy mists of Yesterdays.

I'm familiar with that wall too. Only recently have I begun to break through it.
There's always more to go.
