I like buttons and I love birds.
So I made a picture combining the two.
Simple as that.

Pencil, Copic markers and gel pen (that smells like chocolate), drawn in my sketchbook, original size approx. 18cm x 12cm.
The original looks heaps better than this rather poopy scan.

Voi kun tämä on suloinen. Tuli heti mieleen ... ööö ... se yksi satu ... *kelaa* ... Tuhkimo. Siinähän oli niitä pikkulintuja ja hiiriä, jotka ompeli jotain. Vai olenkohan mä lukenut jotain ihan omia versioitani .

Disney versiossa oli juu niitä pikkulintuja (ja hiiriä) jotka autto sitä ompelemaan sitä sen pukua.

Aww. Really whimsical and cute. I especially like the tiny speech bubble, somehow its size compared with the big picture makes me imagine it as sort of quiet and misplaced... reminds me of my neurotic Zebra Finch. SOOO cute.

It would be super handy if little birds were actually able to sew, but unfortunately unless you live in a Disney film, that's very unlikey to happen.
