Use her well, Kiva. I fear that she may never get a episode focused on her in Sonic Boom, because at this point, there's a chance that the creators have forgotten how they advertised her.

Yeah. It bugs the heck out of me that a character who's supposed to be a defender of the village, just like Sonic and company, has little to no presence or prominence in this series. What happened?

Good point. A tough action girl like her was just not made for an animated sitcom like Sonic Boom. Still, seeing as how this comedic cartoon is what we have to put up with, i'd still like to see her shine one day.

Looks like Perci is getting her episode after all. Let me say that i'm cautiously optimistic. I've waited for this ever since the show began, and i'm excited, but i'm afraid of how it might turn out, considering Sonic Boom's tone. Still, i'm so ready to see the starlet of my Boom fantasies in action.

I just saw it. While the main characters make asses of themselves, I like how my theory is confirmed and Perci is the best character to come forth from Sonic Boom.
Also, in the previous episode they gave her an identical twin sister Staci, for the sole excuse of having Knuckles have two pieces of arm candy for Knuckles. They just got lazy in that regard. Should I even consider it canon?

Very true. And you got to admit, she has a lovely voice. To think she's voiced by the same voice actress as Amy in the show!
You probably don't have to. I don't think Mr. Freiberger has cleared up whether or not he was just joking with the whole "Staci" thing, or if that Perci clone is really another member of that family Perci is supposed to have. I wonder what her parents look like?

I know right? Sega doesn't know good characterization to save their lives. As evidenced as their characters are mostly stationary

No time for character development and growth on the writing team's end, so they just play it safe and adjust the personalities to the needs of the plot, making the characters say dialogue that you'd hear from a bad English dubbed anime.
Pontac and Graff, in particular, have basically the worst portrayals of the Sonic cast yet. Either they're making bad jokes and giggling over them, or they're being irritating, unlikable butts.

A bit too safe if you ask me. It's mostly harmless but they are afraid of doing more then the sonic characters no longer stand out while other franchises have done character types and scenarios better then the sonic franchise because they are allowed said development and freedom.
They center too much on the comedy, to the point it distracts from the action, and sonic is an action genre first, comedy second
