4/. It's fine to use these for DA prints. Because of copyright and design ownership issues I'm not so sure about other commercial use, so please contact me first.

5/. It's fine to post images using these textures outside of DA, but please send me a note with the link. I like to know where my stock has gone.

* images that are sexually graphic and/or break the DA rules on images of a sexual nature.
* images that promote discrimination or hatred against any group; or images that mock,or belittle any group - and that includes racial, religious, sexual groups and those with medical or psychiatric problems. If you aren't sure about a project then just ask me.
* Images that promote or condone violence - to yourself or to anyone else (Because of my work this is a sore point with me) This doesn't include fantasy people beating up on evil - I'm talking about violence in the real world.
* images that break copyright and steal other artists images by using them without permission.
