Cheeky little fairy XD I seem to be on a bit of a Disney kick lately so I thought I do a picture of my other favourite blonde.I tried to make her look closer to her classic design but I think it's still a little too much like my own style. Ah well, she still came out spunky so I'm happy!

I used about 6 layers to get them to glow like that. I've posted a mini tutorial with the process here: [link] but I'm sure there are plenty of other ways it can be done
