Well, when working with the bricks sideways like I do, its hard to replicate that natural curve that the 30-round MP5 magazines have.
I suppose I could do it if I had those flat bricks that you need 3 of to make a full sized brick, but the sets I was buying to get the main body of the blocks I needed to make these didn't come with a whole lot of those flat bricks, so there you go.

This could be the result of skill and accuracy with Legos or just having way too much time on your hands X^D

I'd like to think of it as both an eye for detail and having too much time on my hands (at least on a Saturday Night). Each of the larger guns took about 16 hours to build from scratch (most of the time was spent sorting through the bricks to find the right piece I needed for a specific spot. The pistols took about... Anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending on how new it was (The desert Eagle took the longest, as its grip and slide is different from the other pistols I've built).
