Thank you Debbie, I quite stumbles on the final skin. I applied several different textures form various vendors and then attempted to 'over-write' one and this was the result. Sorry but I applied so many I have No clue which one caused this awesome look. Lol. But I really liked the way it rendered.

I used a Film Efex filter with Googles Color Efex Pro4, this one added the 'haze' to the overall image. Outside of that some slight color correction and Brightness & Contrast balancing in Photoshop.

Thank you Joe. Spent some time selecting the right pose and eye texture(s). Cleaned up the eyes in post work some too.
