xDDD I wish I actually looked that good!For your information: no, I don't have pink eyes, but green ones. No, my hair isn't that long, though it's getting close. No, it's not that vivid red either, just plain old red. Yay for artistic liberties! xD
I just started doodling... and I liked the painterly look of the face, so I decided to complete it making it look like me and make an ID out of it, since I've been ID-less since some pretty rude people had thought it would be funny to post the pictures of me on a forum and discuss my looks. :/
Just something very rough that took about 1h30 to do.

Actually, my artwork is like a little secret garden to me somehow, I don't really want people who know me from work or my students to find out about it. So that's why my real name is nowhere on my blog and site, and there's no clearly recognizable picture of me either.

At the moment I teach second-years at college. My degree allows me to teach from junior high-school to the two first years of college, technically.

That's quite a span of grades. Have you taught younger grades and not preferred them? I would find Junior high school to be especially tedious.

Well, actually, I've only teached to college for the moment: you take the exams for teacher after your master degree here in France, and in some cases you have the opportunity to proceed to PhD student while teaching some hours at college (that's what I did - so far I've never taught full-time).
I don't know whether I'd like high school better than junior high, though... the subjects are more interesting at high school, but at junior high in here there's more time to actually make activities with the kids, make them manipulate and do some experiments... I think it really depends on whether the kids are interested and motivated.
