Description
The picture was right there in my head and had to get out.I rather like it, the only thing that bothers me is that the scan really doesn't do it justice. I tried, but didn't manage to get a better scan, tried to adjust it with Photoshop, but...
Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this. I like how she seems to stand in the middle of a theater background. I like the lack of perspective. I like her puffy red hair.
The dress is somewhat similar to my L'oiseau picture, I just can't get enough of big pretty dresses!
And YAY!! Buttons!! It had been too long since I last drew buttons.
[Made with Staedtler pigment liners, Pantone Tria markers, watercolours, white acrylic paint, colour Indian ink + Photoshop 7.0 for adjustments]

She looks like "Pummukel"... a famous goblin in german TV... really cute and cheeky...
I like the colors... the red is really a good accent... *-*
The pattern in the dress are my favorits *-*

Thank you!
I don't know who Pummukel is, but she certainly looks a bit like Lola from 'Lola rennt'... That must have been the German in me showing up!

Yeah... or Lola... right... she has also such red hair. ^-^
Her hair reminds me on this little goblin.

Love this. I think the style of the hair and the dress are magnificent. Strong but subtle graceful lines. Absolutly original. I think the shadow on the fringe could be taken up a little bit to be a bit more triangular but it is very good.

Thank you!
Actually, it isn't a shadow. I forgot to erase the pencil lines before I started coloring the hair red, and once the ink was laid it was too late, I could no longer erase the pencil...

Yeah I thought the shadow didn't real fit in with the style but I think its not a loss in this case.

Gaaaaa, i love the way you do dresses. Their so... just... GA! CAn't do that! The details, the style, are just awesome. *applauds*
*favs the prettyness*
Scanners suck, mines terrible. It never gets the colors correct and it always pixelates things. *growls and kicks it*

Thank you!
Yeah, I have the pixellating problem too ._.;; . My scanner insists on inventing a weird grain on any marker-colored area, even though the colour is really smooth on the original...!

My grandma's printer is wonderful for smoothing out colors. No matter how crappy your picture is, it becomes dreamy soft looking on the computer when it scans. *_* I love it.
*kicks crap scanners* Just wish they could make the same perfect kind all the time, for the same low price. Ha! That's what I get for dreaming.

Wow I love this one! Especially how her bright red hair just attracts my eyes at the very first second I saw this picture. I don't think I often see you draw girls with short hair. Still, it's beautiful

Yes, you're definitely right, I hardly ever draw girls with short hair. I like short hair, though, but long hair is just so pretty, and as I can't grow my own faster than I already do, I guess I'm letting out my frustration on my pictures!
