Chastity Soraya Haraj O`Neil aka Moltara is the adopted daughter of Deirdre O` Niel aka Stunner.
While on a recruitment run for the Dark Academy Deirdre found out about her while she was in Afghanistan. Chastity was found in a smoldering crater that was once her village. When she manifested her power to change her body into obsidian lava rock her family was stoned she burned the entire village with magma in a fit of rage as a result.
Deirdre found her and agreed to take her back to the U.S. where with the connections of Kevin Wrath she was able to quickly adopt her as her daughter and recruited her into the Dark Academy to help train her to control her magma powers. Besides her power to control lava Chastity also possesses vast strength she can lift 75 tons easily and can also change her body into obsidian lava rock for extra protection.

Wow she looks good and I figured she would want to learn both sides of the spectrum sooner or later, and who better to teach her than Ms. Blitzen's Clone.
Now, I want to know a bit more about Ultra Bliss.

Ultra Bliss is the orignal clone made by Ultrawoman and darkstar She has the DNA of Ms.Blitzen and the engrams of DarkStar.
she was made to discredit Em because hse pledged loyalty to Ultrawoman.
however Maddie and the dynamic five battled her and em eventually singed her with a lightning bolt and Maddie fireball but the clone really didnt die F.L.A.G. found her fter Ems fight with ultrawoman and brought her to Area 52 to revive her. the clone no longer has lightning powers as she now has DarkStars cosmic powers when she used her orgone energy to kickstart her.

Wow, that's a lot to process...
So the only question now is if she remembers everything she did under Ultrawoman's command or will Ultrabliss be a blank slate which F.L.A.G. Director will use as an opportunity to train as a government-sanctioned heroine since she now has the same Cosmic energy Dark Star uses?
Now back to Moltara I'm guessing she'll tell her mother about wanting to be a hero for a while before she decides to make her choice to join 9th circle or will she just run off and crash with Ultrabliss for while until her mother or worse Kevin starts looking for her? (With kid glover of course...)

UltraBliss does remember what she did when FLAG found her Dominique wanted to use her as an SPB agent but her memories of Freedom Star kicked in and Kendrea doesnt trust her. they kept her at area 52 in hopes of keeping her in line Archangle goes there to see the progress of her.
Moltara is conflicted she remembers burning her village and doesnt want to use her powers to harm people. She talks to Deirdre about it
