TumblrColoring curly hair is hard.Β Don't judge the background too much. I was messing around on Manga Studio and eventually decided I'd had enough fighting with it. So enjoy the weird blocky mess that came from putting too much strength on the mosaic filter. I think it looks decent, at least.
Anyway, this is just an OC of mine that I drew in the middle of the night and I thought it turned out relatively well.Β I think about my OCs so infrequently that I had to look up her last name. I had even forgotten I'd given her character traits. She's ambitious, prideful, secretly vain, and holds grudges for a long time. She has two close friends, identical twins named Rick and Shane Benson, who are unfortunately underdeveloped. Now you know just as much about her as I do.

I had a tone of fun with making this. I liked how the drawing turned out(even though I drew it at maybe midnight. I guess either my best or my worst drawings happen then, I dunno), and I liked how the coloring turned out. I'm even warming up to the background I chose. It looks pretty nice set on black.
The curly hair was so much fun to draw, but I had no idea how to color it. XD I think it ended up pretty well in the end.Β
The outfit was a design that kept jumping from character to character. I finally settled on giving it to her and I'm happy with that choice. (Random comment- I like how black outfits and white outfits look on black people. It's just really pleasing to me.)
Yup. XD You know all about her. I feel bad she doesn't have much more depth to her than that, but that's all I ever got around to. Maybe I'll work on it more later.
