Casey Drake, 17 yrs: He likes sports(mostly hockey and baseball), and wants to live up to the reputation of his older brother, CJ. CJ was the team's star hockey player. But Casey's not really a good team player though, so he got cut from the team. Baseball suited him a little better(He's a pretty solid pitcher and batter, not good on outfield or bases cuz he hates passing the ball for someone else to get the glory). He looks up to his policeman dad, so he took up vigilantism secretly so he could fight crime too. Neither his brother or his dad would approve if they knew he was doing it.
Casey's middle name references the show Drake and Josh(which ties into stuff about CJ so hold on a sec). His red over white shirt is reminiscent of 2007 Casey, although 03 Casey wore it in later seasons too.

Irma, 15 yrs: Casey's younger sister. She's into environmental sciences and is an activist. She wouldn't hesitate to put herself in harms way if it meant protecting nature. Casey thinks she's weird, and the feeling is mutual.
I liked the design of Irma in 2k12 and thought it was a shame that they made her just a Kraang-bot. The show also mentions that Casey has a sister, but we never see her. So rather than fill that spot with an OC, I used Irma. With some design tweaks.

"CJ" Cody Joshua, 22 yrs: Casey's older brother. He works as a mechanic. In high school, he was the star player of the hockey team. After his parents' divorce when he was 12, he got into trouble a lot. He eventually shaped up after getting on the bad side of a gang and his dad had to intervene to save him. He's dating April's sister, June.
CJ is modeled after the 2003 version of Casey. CJ's middle name references 2012 voice actor Josh Peck(who also starred in Drake and Josh).

"KC" Kevin Christopher, late 40s: Their dad. He's an overworked cop who is barely ever home. He really does care about his family, but he has to pay the bills somehow. The divorce didn't help at all. CJ had to pick up a lot of the work in "parenting" the younger kids.
KC's middle name references 2007 voice actor Chris Evans. KC's first name is a reference to Kevin from Ben 10, since he looks similar to Casey(both 2k12 and 03 depending on age); also I couldn't find many K names I liked so yeah. KC is a Cop to reference Bayverse Casey. KC being an overworked cop was based off my friend's dad, who I still have no idea when he would sleep.

Evelyn: She got tired of being the only one home to take care of the kids. So she left (Irma was 5, Casey was 7, and CJ was 12). She mostly just contacts them on birthdays. CJ and Casey both dread the birthday calls. They're both bitter that she left, although CJ is more hostile towards her than Casey is. Irma is more indifferent, but makes no attempt to connect with Evelyn.
Aside from being a less-than-ideal-mother, she's not very significant.
