Description
I finished the shimeji! I know there are some errors, but it works.To use:
Simply download the ZIP file.
Right click the file, and extract the files
Once that's done, click on the Raimundo Shimeji folders until you see a file that says "Shimeji"
Click "Shimeji" and wait until he shows up.
(If you use a Mac or Windows 8, open the .jar(aka 'executable jar file' file instead of the .exe(aka application) and you should be good to go.)
I tested that the download works. You might have to download some applications. If you have trouble opening it, try googling it. Because I don't know how else to explain it.
Edit- Haha, I was old school and used Windows XP rather than Windows 7 at the time. That computer has died and I've upgraded to Windows 10 now.

There's no link, you download it from here. Just click the download button that's next to the favorite button. Then follow the instructions in the artist's comments. ^^ Hope that helps.

Okay, so it looks like you need to have java for it to work. Clicking yes sends you to a site where you can download it.

well, i did, and it said i already had it. im sure sure why but it may just be my laptop. your shimeji though is golden!

Maybe, I wouldn't really know. I made this using Windows XP. I don't see why it couldn't work, but we do what we can, I guess.

I don't remember if that ever popped up for me. It could be part of the process? Not sure, I can't read japanese. I didn't have trouble when I tested it out after putting it up... Sorry.

Yeah, same- I have a different shimeji, and I can open maybe one or two without it slowing down more than a little, but after that...yeahhh. XD

While browzing dA I found a shimeji and in the artist comments it said something about Mac users. It said:
MAC USERS!!!
To run this shimeji on a mac, open the file and instead of the .exe file, just click the .jar file and he works!

If it works or not, I don't know... but it's worth a shot, right? I think it's the one that says "executable jar file" istead of the one with the shimeji picture.

I'm actually not sure. Do you have 7-zip or windows.rar? You could try googling it if you can't figure it out and see if that helps.

Dang it. That sucks... Maybe you can find a shimeji compatible for mac. Then you can copy that file, and copy Rai's images into the copy and maybe then it would work.

XD It took me a while to figure out how to use them. Sometimes the ones I dowloaded just wouldn't work. It was weird. But I figured it out eventually.

There's a button you can press to make all but one go away. You right click the icon and I can't remember which one does which. You just have to experiment and remember what does what...

second option amuses me. Make them follow your mouse around. 
First option spawns more, and to be completely honest, I have no idea what the fourth option does... At least, mine does nothing when I click it.

Oh. The fourth one brings the window back when they steal it. I've never had to use it and it baffled me for a while. Then my cousin told me what it did. And the last one closes the program.
