Here is the concept for Halloween, I decided to go for Hypno as there was more darker/unnerving material to work with from it's dex entry.
(Also in two minds weather this would work better as an evolution rather than a mega??)

It is said that children are regularly found wandering out of the forest appearing in clothing from a different era. When information about the time they think they are from is confirmed, their disappearance always coincides with an event that took place shortly after within their village, such as a plague, fire etc. Some of the children returned have been found to have sicknesses not curable from the time they "disappeared", but are however easily treatable today.
