Description
A repaired and improved Mondyokai that floats along the ground in a far more fluid manner than its previous incarnation. It is still commanded by a sinister presence, but somehow its grip on the kaiju seems lessened, almost as if the lifeless marionette has developed a consciousness of its own.
-Unfeeling- Although somehow suddenly 'alive' Mondyokai still feels no pain when attacked, able to shrug off blows, energy attacks impalement or even dismemberment.
-Eye of Damnation- The single eye shining through its mask can emit an eerie green light that freezes an enemy's blood in terror. This technique works on even fearless monsters, as it temporarily creates fear in their hearts for as long as the technique is active.
-Ethereal Anchor- Mondyokai can summon darker and more powerful versions of the anchors that once commanded its movements and fire them into a foe's body, badly hurting them and drawing them closer to it.
-In The Flies- Mondyokai can now open the portal that it uses to teleport by itself, zipping up into its black nexus and reappearing in a nearby location.
-Reaper's Scythe- The wicked scythe, the metal hooks on its back and the deadly metal claw on its other hand are used to perform melee attacks and are made more deadly by the fact that the kaiju can now extend its limbs many times its own body length to assault foes.
After being destroyed by the Guardians, the tiny fragments of Mondyokai's original body were consumed by a black vortex and disappeared without a trace. Then suddenly, a similar portal opened one day and Mondyokai reappeared with a new, more dangerous body. Several of the otherworldly anchors that controlled its body were gone and it seemed to pull against the command of whatever master struggled to tame it, actively seeking out the ones who had destroyed it before, as though the previously hollow monster sought its revenge...
