Wow, these are the best Pichu and Chikorita I've ever drawn. I don't think they'll get better than this... :/

My application for #PMD-Explorers ! I decided on using characters I've never really drawn before, start out fresh. So here they are, the small, intimidating Team Storm Rush!

Personality: Ace has always had a brave heart, and so at his young age wanted to help Pokemon, regardless of their lack of money or rotten past. He is very protective, and despite his small size, will go through incredible lengths to help those in need. When taunted about his small stature, he only becomes more determined to complete any task at hand. But Ace can often become discouraged when his tiny-ness becomes an issue. So he hopes to get stronger to protect those he loves and prove that small never means weak.

History: Ace hatched alone. He had no idea where his family could've possible gone, or why he was left behind. He thinks he might have been forgotten or perhaps they missed him when collecting the eggs. But he really doesn't have a clue. Ace thinks that perhaps being a rescue team will also help him learn more about his family.

Personality: Terri is a kind and loving mother or sister figure for Ace. She is devoted to making sure Ace is safe and happy. Her heart is strong and she cares for all that are small or helpless. She would love to help raise eggs but at her current age cannot. Terri is also very understanding towards others, a trait she probably got from her older sister.

History: Terri was born much after her older sister, Sherri and unfortunately knows very little about her mother. Sherri has told her all she knew but their mother disappeared long ago. So Sherri was the one to raise Terri from an egg. Terri, too, would love to learn more about her mother (but not her father, whom even Sherri has no idea about) but doesn't put much time into it because she wants to take care of Ace. Every so often Terri goes to visit Sherri, who is now residing in Sapling Village in a home all to herself and of course her younger sibling and Ace. (Terri and Ace don't actually live in the house though, just when Terri is visiting. Terri and Ace don't have a home to stay in.)

Their Meeting: In the deep depths of a forest (Not Creeping forest but another one that doesn't truly exist within PMD-Explorers O.o) Terri wandered. She was only taking a walk and would return to Sherri soon. (Sherri and Terri didn't have a house back then.) Terri loved walking freely through the forest, but only in the sunnier parts. She felt a sense of bravery walking without Sherry. Terri could hear a distressed cry. She rushed to where the sound was strongest and found him; and helpless newborn Pichu calling out for his mum and dad. but there was no one else in sight. So Terri approached him slowly. She was bigger due to her age and species and didn't want to scare him. Once she had calmed him down she used her vines to rock him to sleep and bring him back home to Sherri. Ace has stayed with Terri ever since and vice-versa.

Yes, that means Terri IS older than ace by quite a bit but is NOT the leader. Ace is. And there is is. A ton of info on these two new characters. The application is finally in and I can submit some comics now! ^^
