Here is the final of the major undertaking of combining Star Wars with some pretty significant sci fi franchises video game or otherwise... Of course I had to throw in the much respected Mass Effect and with my personal favorite antagonist the Collectors vs The Devour of Worlds himself Darth Nihilus at the Sith temple where just beyond the Reapers descending upon the world to "impose order on the chaos of organic evolution".

Another of my favorites and well respected franchise in the sci fi community is the StarCraft universe with The Queen Of Blades herself Sarah Kerrigan and her swarm vs the jedi who neither walks in the light or the darkside Darth Revan. I had a hard time figuring out who can take Kerrigan not in xel'naga stage of course but in one of her more stronger forms still. Who better than someone so familiar with walking the line of villain and antihero. As Darth Revan turned against the Jedi to claim victory in war, so Kerrigan turned on her humanity to claim victory over injustice. These two are some of the best in any series or franchise and just had to see them in one image.

Lastly but not least, the Halo universe, as much as I love the flood, I thought Didact could be quite the adversary. He managed to cheat death and overcome the flood by transcending to more than just an organic being. I feel he should have gotten a better ending than what we got in the comics so I decided what other opponent would be suitable to ascended in power and status after being fused with biomechanics and machinery? Darth Vader! Here are two characters who are very flawed in the approach for fighting in what they hold dear, Didact to preserver his race condemned them to live on through the Prometheans, and Darth Vader who sought to uphold justice did away with trials and annihilated the jedi order in the name of peace.
