Well an UTAU is like a VOCALOID, which are voice synthesisers on the computer, and you use them for singing. But an UTAU is fanmade, and a VOCALOID is by a company called Yamaha.

Hmmm o-o That's a tough one since I usually use pre-cut fancy glowy sparkly strips you can buy at the store. When in a pinch, cutting out the lines on a sheet of lined paper works wonders since it's about the same measurements; the pre-cut strips are usually just a wee bit smaller. Measure that? Lol, I honestly don't have an recommendations since my strips are bought.
