aet. 10 or somethingthey probably shouldnt be standing next to each other, but this time I do believe logic can go file a complaint up its rear
and now a glimpse into two boring/stupid alternate universes:
There was a period of time early on where Blaze never showed her hands except on some pictures in the screensaver, so there was big debate in many usenet groups as to whether they even existed, or whether her match-like tail is one of them (it's a bit of a shiteyanyo-type meme in japan)
Silver's glowing marks are a major point of contention for whiny dig-your-heels-in fans: they've always been circle outlines on both sides of his hands in official japanese art, but in the american cartoon they were solid, round gems on the back of his hands only, causing megatons of butthurt to erupt across the country once his design was modernized for Silver Adventure

This so reminds me of Drawloverlala's art style. I mean it's not exactly the same, there are very clear differences but something about it just says that Drawloverlala would have drawn it more than you. It's still a good drawing though.

you're probably just thinking of sonic skyline since sonic skyline is chibi versions of the characters in different outfits and technically so is this, and the skyline silver and blaze look somewhat similar to these designs (blaze has a ^ mouth and hidden hands i think, silver has blue gloves, blah blah).
but I drew this long before skyline was around.

I didn't think she drew it because I'm pretty sure you would have put in the description or title that its her drawing or that she helped. Its was skyline though that this picture reminded me of most, mainly Blaze though and not really Silver.

I was a little confused by your comment, I wasn't sure if it was meant to be a good thing or a bad thing, or if you were saying i was copying or something. I know you dont think she drew it, what I meant was that it's not her picture... it's mine, so i didn't really get why you were saying it looked more like something she would draw. she has never drawn classic silver and blaze, to my knowledge. I don't really like being compared to other people like that because... well, i mean, i'd rather people comment about the actual picture that i drew rather than just say it reminds them of something else. It feels like whatever I did is being overshadowed by some other guy, which is unpleasant. I hope that makes sense;;
But in any case, my picture long precedes hers. but i suppose what reminds someone of what has more to do with the order someone sees them in rather than the dates they were posted.

10/10 would play retro style game based on these characters
Great work on the designs, Silvers more simplistic hairstyle and the circuit board style of his powers are great additions. Blaze is my favourite, the simple coat hiding her arms gives a nice sense of mystery but the matchstick tail just steals the show for me. The crown and no ponytail was a bit weird at first but it is a good look for her.
I don't find those alternate universe/fan rambling parts stupid or boring, I find them bloody hilarious (and somewhat scary how they do sound like real controversies)
Most classic redesigns just have the character smaller and rounder, nice to see some originality in these redesigns.

That's probably because of the pk things... normally they look like electricity or ripples
But like in a classic game idk if you'd be able to see lightning effects that well, so I thought maybe it'd look more like a circuit board so you can see what you can pick up, and then when you make up your mind and select, it does the circle thing and you pick up the object with a glowing outline, if that makes any sense

Well... Blaze is from another dimension, Silver's from the future, they probably didn't know each other when they were 10 years old otherwise Blaze wouldn't be all I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ALONE at 14 in Sonic Rush, but I drew them together anyway
