Very nice job on the scales on Vector.
Espio, however, looks like he's covered in sequins. Perhaps a more smaller version of Vector's texture would suffice?

Not sure you know what sequins look like, nor what the general texture of a chameleon is. Their skin looks like it's covered in a mass of pebbles, which this art does a good job of conveying for a first attempt at making a brush for it.
Crocodiles and chameleons also don't have very similar skin.

my idea was to give him the pebbly/dippin dots scale texture of a real chameleon, and I also made him shiny instead of matte, so he'd be glittery-looking too lol. I'm glad you like how it looks!
