Princess Morbuck and Him are planning another scheme to takeover Townsville. Princess paid Him a billon dollars to come up with something that'll bring the City of Townsville to it's knees and the result is... a Devil's Food Cake.

Doesn't sound to threaten on the surface, but considering it's Him, you know there's a catch. The devils food cake is not only delicious, it's also alive, and ready to feed. Princess became their first victim as the Devils Food Cake stuffed her until she was full as hell which makes it harder for her to fly and fight which is all part of the plan. Him will soon send The Devils Food Cakes to every home in the city fattening up the resident to make Townsville easy picking for them, and than soon the entire world will be hit with a Devil Cakes wave that will make ruling the world an easy factor.

Will the Powerpuff Girls defeat the combine evil of Him and Princess? Or will they also be FULL AS HELL!?
