Never actually played the God of War games, but I know my Greek mythology like second nature, apart from Gaia those are the ancient greek Titans, I thought the game was set in the future? or am I getting mixed up with Darksiders or something

The lightning Titan was not formerly named. Oceanus was shown as concept art in GoWII with a form completely different from this.

An appearance from such a Titan isn't confirmed. His brothers Atlas and Prometheus are know to us though.
Prometheus may have lacked the form, but he was among them. Rhea is a similar case.

all the info for the titans i got from God of war wiki. it did state the lightning titan was Oceanus, though i did like the gow2 concept a whole lot better. yeah the game did stray alot from actual mythology but

The GoW wiki is a dubious source. I still have to help correct their many, many mistakes. It is good that they usually don't weigh in with opinions/thoughts in their articles as those are almost invariably wrong, lacking, etc.
They are not an official source. Just a collection of fans. Not everything they agree on will be correct (or whatever some random fellow edits into an article).

Usually. I still felt they screwed Typhon over in making him a mere Titan and a pitiful iced over wind variant at that. The opposite of what he was (the biggest deal Zeus ever had to deal with).

I like the part of the overture in God of War III, when Kratos meet the titans. That was a memory, and the music was amazing, the face of the titans said all: "You must help us, Kratos".

There's probably so little fan art because their designs are BORING!!!! UGH! So much potential for cool designs and they made them all look the same! Ugh, I like the Disney version of the Titans so much better.

Always thought it was an awesome series but when i went to play it i had a hard time with it. I know thwm from Greek Mythology but sadly not from the game. Great job though!!!

I've never played the games, but I think you did really well. Reading the names and seeing their designs, both matched together. A great composition, and I know how hard it is to draw something with little references. Great work buddy!
