It's a futuristic Nega-Ory! And like any good futuristic evil double, she's somewhat bustier!
More seriously, this character intrigues me, particularly the clothing. I wonder if that's some kind of uniform or if future modgenes just walk around wearing that kind of thing. It makes her look like some kind of mage-type person, but I don't think MGR has magic or anything, so I guess we'll have to wait for you to tell us more.
