Apologies to =Nehis , who I owe an art trade to still, but I just felt like it's been a long time since I've posted anything, and I needed to get some sketches out that were on my mind during little bursts of creativity when I should've been doing other things.
I think it's good to for the soul.

Corruption of Champions fan art. As guessable I suppose, it's a pretty rough concept that was last left in the process of refining it, but this's sort of like my adaptation of a spider girl, once I heard about Fenoxo being in the process of adding them to the game and posted a bio of different types of spider-morphs.

This is my interpretation of a spider girl:
- Very narrow waist + Very wide hips (makes more sense anatomically to mimic the spider abdomen with the human abdomen than with a tail-like appendage, I think. Also, the diagram on the left sort of gives a sense of before/after for transformation of normal waist/hips to her physique)
- six arms (I only drew four for whatever reason -- I couldn't think of an action for the third set, so whatever ), each covered in chitin from the elbow down, ending in segmented fingers. (sorry I'm not much good with hands )
- Two "main" eyes and six smaller spider eyes that total to eight eyes total. Position of additional eyes relative to "main" eyes varies from spider-morph to spider-morph.
- Armor is a modified version of the black chitin armor, with webbing around the bust and a spider/webbing motif in the various parts of the armor that would receive ornate detailing. Also with a somewhat ragged cloak partially held together with webbing.

For her design, I was imagining that most spider-styled women I've seen drawn focused on seduction over all else. While I don't mind seduction, I wanted to see a different interpretation of them, so I tried taking a shot at making a cute and exciteable (I'm trying to stray away from the word "bouncy", though it applies ) personality, and in terms of this drawing, I believe I've succeeded. So I guess she's the "Genki Girl" ( [link] ) of spider women? XD;
