Ach, so mom turns out to be a venal mother after all, willing to have her son permanently changed into her daughter (after she'd previously said she wanted her son back!) for money. A lot of money. Poor Melissa! (Though not financially poor, of course.) This cap turned a whole lot darker than the rest of the series; interesting and (though I'm ashamed to admit it) enjoyable! Will Melissa pull through? I think she will, though possibly feeling bitter at mom's betrayal. Maybe Aunt Becky will give her the love that seems lacking from mother at the moment. But we'll no doubt find out at the next conclusion

Well the first thing is to convince yourself that it was all for Melissa's own good, and that she will actually be happier in the end. And to reflect that it maybe wasn't a good idea to mention 'yacht'.
Yes I am a fan of your work (my usual reaction is ; ) And I like my forced feminizations to go 'all the way', so that the vict- er, I mean protagonist become a complete woman
