another character design assignment."design four creatures from a distant galaxy"... it's bad-art-teacher bullshit for "design whatever you want".
which is what i did.
again, the one on my left is my favorite, but there's something about the one on the right... the one in the middle has my love too, but really just as much as the 'least favorite child' has the love of it's parents.
that's a pretty awful way of looking at it. i'm sorry guys

I freaking love these. The color schemes and design are wholely imaginative and reminiscent of 80's cartoons such as Rock n Rule, Wizards, Heavy Metal. Beaut'!

The pixie thing on the left looks a bit Brian Froud-ish, but also not, depending on how I look at it. I like the one on the right best because it has slippers! Fuzzy ones! I feel a spiritual connection with any creature who wears fuzzy slippers. (Especially while blasting about on small rockets.)
My critiquing and intelligent commenting skills died somewhere between ursula vernon's favourites page and your gallery. Sorry. But I DO like the fuzzy slippers.

I love them all! The colors on the left-hand creature are lovely and her eyes and hair are very prettyful. Also: The right-hand alien is purely distilled awesome. The little sucker-pad creatures in the middle are sweet too. Once again, a Llama Triumph! (TM)

I wanna know the story of the middle dude. What is he doing and why are gecko-suckyfoot things attached to it? I like how the big brown guy's rocket is sooo tiny. Nice design choice. The one on the right is pretty normal-fairyish, but her tasty feet save her for me. Mmmmfeet.

The little brown frizzards (my term for furry lizards) suctioned to the outside of the yellow orb and the shitzah. Good stuff.
