somewhat. they already had an A.I installed into them, so when the restraint that keeps them completely out of his head broke, they invaded and started to control his already hurt mind (dead wife) and so at the end of teh movie when he starts to yell at them, is when he realizes that the ai wasn't as smart as he once thought, and then regains control long enough to save NY.

i noticed many of spidermanΒ΄s villains have something that talks to them to turn them evil. Doc Oc has the arms, and the green goblin has this little voide in his head that tells him to kill spiderman xD cool work btw!

Doc Oc shows us that you don't have to be in great shape to be a super-villain, he's an inspiration to us all. Besides, having 4 robotic arms that do your bidding would be kind of cool.
