If you think about it, if only Homura wouldn't let her feelings for them get in the way and act like such a moron, she would've been done with Walpurgis after the first battle, which by the way, she won there too, even if it costed their lives.

To me the last with Sayaka not able to grab Kyo's hand signifies that she could never be saved in every timeline. Even the one Madoka remade she was the first to die. >_> Yeah really gives me a sense of hope.
