Sometime I would like for Vigil and Frequency to "meet." A time traveling, arrogant, compassionate princess and a womanizing, mercenary-trained, normally straight morals but there's room for leverage superhero.
Not to mention Vigil is the type of girl Frequency gets serious in his flirtations.

Can she only read cursory thoughts or can she look deeper in someones mind and see things inside of his head he or she maybe ain't aware of him/herself?

Depends on concentration - unless someone had specific mental shielding she probably could look deeper, but as she would consider that an abuse of her powers she probably wouldn't ever do that unless absolutely desperately necessary.

Very interesting character, I really love your concept of her outfit and how it can actually be telepathically morphed to her situation or need, and also how it actually shatters like stone or glass rather than rips like cloth.

the main character sounds very confusing. She is said to be arrogant yet she never lies. Why do I find it hard to believe that. It might be that she is deeper personality wise but as far as I can read her personality is like shallow rapids.

This reference is only meant to be a brief introduction, so you're right that it might not tell all. She has supreme confidence in herself and part of that is built on her belief that she's perfect! Arrogance is a personality flaw but it doesn't mean that she can't be honest too. She genuinely believes what she says - although of course that doesn't mean that the truth - as she sees it - is always right! I was just thinking about Vigil's powers. I know she can use her portals to travel through space and time, but can she travel 5th dimensionally as well?

Alternate realities eh? I have no idea! LOL - I imagine it's possible especially considering the future worlds that she goes to could be considered alternate futures. This would also enable her to visit the 'alternate realities' inhabited by various other people's characters too! I don't imagine she would use the term though - to her the whole time/space travel thing is a mystery which she understands but we don't (which gets me out of having to try to explain it!)

Yeah - kind of a super-hero Dr Who I guess - the stories follow the same kind of formula - stranger shows up in a random setting and sorts out their problems for them!
