Awesome! This is how a MLP movie (or maybe another series after FiM?) should look like.

Well, you said it could be better, so I wondered what you thought could be improved.

Not at all

It took about 30 hours to get the first/standard model done - the hardest part was to get the eyes as close as possible to look like in the show without making it look wierd from some angles.
Every following character took maybe 6 hours or even more - (including searching for reference images, trying to figure out how to turn the stylized 2d hair into a 3d shape (rarity and pinkie were especially hard...), texture painting, finetuning the shape, uv layout and so on...)
Celestia and Luna took about 15 hours since i had to modify most of the meshes (at least i did not have to redo the uv's) and they also needed new wings and all the stuff they wear.
All in all i spend about three to four months on them. (I think it was worth it though )

The thing with the eyes is why most toys and plushies look so damn odd.
The show only ever gives 3 angles on a character's head, and anatomically, they don't mesh together.
But I think you did as good a job as you can do with this

This was so useful. Thank you, good sir, for uploading this! I just finished making a plush toy of Fluttershy and this greatly helped with the angles that were hard to find in the show.
