Oh, how sweet that he's watching his wife with such concern. Even with her mane and tail a bit mussed and her looking so tired, the mommy-to-be is glowing with happiness. She's very contented and no doubt will be a patient, even doting mother while Big Macintosh will be a nervous daddy for the first few months.
