I love this. Such an amazing peace of art. I love the way you drew the manes and the shading. Rainbow Dash's, Applejack's and Fluttershy's poses are perfect. Pinkies mane and pose look good too. So does Rarity's. Twilight Sparkle also looka amazing. The Cutie marks are perfect aswell. Did you use a vector or draw them themselves? I like the back ground too. The picture is so colourfull. how long did this take? also, is Applejack's hair curly or waves in this picture? The eyes are very well done too. And again, I love this picture so much. Bye.

Painting this took about ten to fifteen hours i think. For make the cutie marks i imported some vectors and warped them into a fitting shape and perspective and painted over them (since they were too crisp otherwise)

Why hello... How did I miss this one?
I don't think I knew about you when you posted this. You've improved on anatomy since then. Would you think about doing another Mane 6 coloring when the 1 year anniversary of this upload comes up?

Wow, it's really almost a year now - It's hard to believe how fast the time has been running by (for me at least)...
Hmm, dunno, well I can at least think about making an updated version - or something other with all of the mane 6 together.

Yeah, time has been flying by. But I see that as a good thing. usually, when you are keeping very busy and productive, time just seems to go by so fast. So sit back for a little bit and reflect on all the things you accomplished in the past year. you might be pleasantly surprised to see all you have done and how many people you have affected.
Keep up the awesome pony art...well however long you want before you decide to move on.

This is a beautiful picture, not just in terms of technical skill but in how you have let our dear friends here come to life in a natural way that show their essence and personalities.
Pinkie Pie stands with wide open, round eyes that practically glows with happiness and just seems to be eager to go on and spread joy.
Fluttershy stands the most directly facing the viewer so that she is the most obscured and her mane also further shields her kind and gentle self and she appears to be the only one nervous about being there, though even so she is still decidedly present with her friends.
Applejack seems ready and prepared to take on whatever task is ahead of her, determined and honestly willing to help and do her part with eyes focused on whatever her friends needs.
Rarity show herself as she is so fond of; elegant and noble, slightly closed eyes to add to her allure and with finely prepared mane, coat and tail. Always ready to make a good appearance, but also always willing to be there with her friends.
Twilight stands in the center with her quiet unassuming grace. Modest and collected but nevertheless more than happy to spend time and effort having fun with her friends.
Rainbow Dash is as always the most eager and vigorous of them. Standing on her hind legs with her loving wings spread and ready to take flight. Though despite her brash and free-spirited feeling she is as always delightedly and loyally at her friends' side.
