Pretty sure THIS one happened after the one you linked.Β Β After all, Celestia has her front hooves on a towel over a spill in this one, which is just like the one in the image you linked.Β Β In this image, she also happens to now be wearing a couple of RD's feathers in her hair.Β Β Hence probably the reason why RD is now hiding in a palm tree.
