This is my first critique, and well, I've gotta say, this is amazing! I love the way the piece portrays Luna.
Me, being an eye person, absolutely fell in love with the eyes! Hell, I love the way you do eyes. They're not hyper-realistic, but their not overly cartoon-like, they are the perfect mixture.
And I love the shading, getting those deep, rich, blue tones really brings out the piece.
And lastly, the mane! I love the way you styled Luna's mane, it fits ehr perfectly! I fell in love with it at the first glance!
Overall? 10/10, hell, if I could, it would be 100/10.

This is my first critique~!
This is truly a beautiful piece of artwork! The color contrast between the background and Princess Luna is wonderfully accented, so the focus goes straight to the star of the photo.
Still on the topic of color, I'd like to point out how both Luna and the flower she holds is in the same range of blue, which is also good in keeping the focus on both.
The eyes are beautiful and captivating, and just the perfect size~
The detail in this is just flawless. This is now one of my favorite Luna pictures.

I think this is a beautiful piece! I like that there are intricate designs everywhere in the artwork, like the window and the flower even appears to have some dark stripes on it. She seems to be fairly shiny looking though, and it makes me feel like she is possibly wet, like after taking a shower. Well, if ponies take showers. I also like how her hair is more off to the side, rather than just flowing directly out. Overall, I think this is an absolutely beautiful piece that I will be adding to my favorites and it seems that many others will as well.

I love this artwork.I love the way you pulled all your skills and experience together to make this (naturally) amazing luna look even more 20% Cooler! I love this SO much and just got added to my favorites! Even if this isn't all your talent, I'm pretty sure most of the people here got floored because of how amazing that this magnificent picture, or should i say masterpeice! At least I know i did! I cannot give you anything more than 5 stars, if i could I definitely would, and nothing less than 5 stars is reasonable IM MY OPINION.

The colors are amazing,especially the blue of the eye.Luna is looking seductive.This a amazing work.You should have puted stars in her mane a little more and her collar.The flower should be,in my opinion,a little darker.The ears look a little bit pointy and purple.
To be honest,this is legendary looking,and it must be puted in a group's favorites.Fantastic is the right word.The flower is in the right place.The shading is right.This is also very shiny looking,which is

it looks like someone have brushed it!

If i were a character in the t.v. show My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, i would have a cutie mark of a book and a quill as well as a sheet of paper and a quill. excellent. The moon gives me nothing but hope and fills me with a sense of immortality every time i gaze upon its beauty. i spend 99.99% of my time outside when it is COLD because the cold reminds me of the night. If Luna were real i would serve her and worship her as a godess. all those who talk down to her would feel the might of my blade crashing down upon their very souls. For the blade of Death is not something to be played. Deaths Scythe is a weapon i wield in faith, dignity and honor. I feel immortal when i gaze upon the moon, as if i could live forever just to look upon its divine beauty.

I should try to go out sometime and get Luna..
if I find her.. it's not so easy just that I cn go and find her because she's fantasy..

even if The Moon is a good friend of mine dosen't mean that Luna is..

I have a friend of mine thats always want to fight with me when we're ouside on her trampoline or something..
but she already know that she don't gonna take it veeery serious because she knows that i'm stronger than her!
she always take me like a slave! and i'm sick of it!
I have starting to say no! but sometimes I thinks it's fun anyway.. at least if I make her happy..
I don't feel pain if someones kicking me..
pain is nothing and I never cry if I been hurt.. even if it's a big wound..
I just cry because i'm so nice to others but they are so *** bad to me! when they say shut up or something..
that can just make me cry..
and thats not because i'm a little cry baby..
but I don't do that so much anymore.. it was more when I was younger..
but if my friend hurting me with a strong kick or something and want to fight real!
then I smile and just stands there when she's trying to kick me and trying to take me o the ground..
but i'm faster than her..
and when I getting tired of justgoing to the left side I say can you please stop?
and if she dosen't listen I maybe take her arm or leg when she trying to kick me so she falls and then I stands over her can you stop doing that all the time?
but she don't listen even then...
she thinks that everything is a game!
and she thinks that it dosen't hurt anybody..
thats why my mum don't want be to be with her..
but I want anyway! hehe
but no.. I fight with no one..
just if I must protect my family or friends!
then I protect them with my life!
but i'm not going down! I can go on 4 legs and i'm faster than them! if I just want to!
the strenght dosen't sit in your muscles!
it's sits in your heart and brain!

hello there. ^^ I will start out, I really really really hate my little pony, I don't get what the hype is about. >____< but that won't effect the critique, I swear! The eyes are really pretty, a nice crystal blue, and they seem to fit the character really well. The skin is well shaded and looks very soft, kinda slimy though, and a tad translucent. It's a nice effect, it's kinda like a toy, but i'm really sure if that fits the character..unless that's intended. The hair looks nice, like it's been brushed back, although it looks a little translucent as well. Good job all in all

That's probably intended. In the show her mane is translucent near the edges. Although in the show, the difference between the inside and the edges is quite distinct and not gradual. But I really like KP-ShadowSquirrel's interpretation.

I love this piece. It's absolutely gorgeous, and the shine and texture on it is amazing. It's almost like she's a glass blown ornament. The colors are also beautifully chosen.Your background on it is also very good because it has that camera blur to it, which is extremely realistic. I know the title is from a song, but it fits almost perfectly with the piece, because of the color, which usually when I think of poison, purple and black fills my head. So overall this is an absolutely stunning piece of artwork, and I hope to see more like this from you.
