Description
Inuyasha pinned to the tree of ages by Kikyo's sacred arrow. I always thought this image from the first episode of Inuyasha was indescribably magical, so I finally just had to draw it. I like how the lighting turned out, something I usually find hard to do, but I'm not sure the face really looks like Inuyasha, since I was going for a more realistic style.(P.S. This is a repost. Thanks to the member who noticed my mistake in the previous version!

I love this scene, everytime it's shown in the series it gives me goosebumps. I think you captured the magic with the lightning and all very well. And your mix of the anime style and the realistic one is really convincing- it looks good on Inuyasha. 
One thing that comes to my mind when looking at the background is that the tree of ages somehow looks a bit flat. But that's just a small thing, i don't think one would notice so easily.

Thanks so much for your criticism! I agree the tree is a little flat looking, probably because I didn't focus enough on the background after spending so much time on the figure. I'm glad you like it though! I'm trying to increase my output in the new year- we'll see how it goes
