Description
This is the design of OkokuShinGoji - Shin Godzilla from Godzilla Kingdom of Monsters.He's 130 meters tall: 5 meters taller than OkokuGoji.
You see, Shin Godzilla is the purest evil, indestructible, the true God Incarnate of Destruction, and the Vengeful Kaiju, and the most extinction threat besides King Ghidorah. And his most hatred opponent is... OkokuGoji.
His personality is the same as Ghost Godzilla or GMKGoji from GMK Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.
