I won't lie, I was pretty let down when I saw the first profile of the new suit/design, but like most radical changes to the Godzilla design I eventually forget about my annoyance with the look and just become happy my boy's in a new movie again.  While I'm one of the few who really loves the crap out of Final Wars (or so it seems), I'm actually not that fond of the suit in that one, mostly because of his super thin jaw and frontal profile.  But here's hoping new installments in the franchise after Shin Goji will continue to play with the look, I think there's room for improvement from here.  As a one-shot Godzilla look I can live with Shin, but I don't want to see it over and over again.

Thanks.  I'll be happy with what Toho goes with, but I will cry tears of fanboy joy if the real one comes anywhere close to my hopes.

  Appreciate that, I owe a lot to a handful of very talented comic artists from the late 80s and 90s on that.  Took a lot from Art Adams especially.
